Hi,
since the recent update, my Bitmoji will not appear on my Versa screen anymore. It’s synced etc and has taken all day to teleport from my phone to my Fitbit but it still won’t show up. It’s just a blank screen now but was causing all sorts of glitches earlier. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have uninstalled, reinstalled, shut down, restarted.. everything! Help please?!

Welcome to the Community, @Erinkansas.
Thanks for troubleshooting this Bitmoji issue. If you change your Bitmoji avatar’s appearance or outfit, I recommend updating your clock face by tapping Sync Bitmoji in the clock face settings. Your watch downloads a new set of stickers.
For more information about the Bitmoji clock face, see our blog post: Bitmoji and Fitbit Clock Face Partnership.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

That’s not the issue. My Bitmoji is saying it’s teleported to my Fitbit bit the Fitbit screen is just blank or becomes pixelated. The other features of the watch still work except from the Bitmoji. This is really disappointing as I was enjoying having my Bitmoji on my Fitbit.

Thanks for the update, @Erinkansas. If this process didn't work, I recommend removing the bitmoji clock face, try something else, then switch it back.
Keep me posted. 🙂

I had the same issue. I removed the bitmoji clock face, switched to another one and that did take care of the problem for me.

I’ve done that lots of times also. I try everyday to swap them around and try the Bitmoji one again but it just doesn’t appear on the screen or the screen goes pixelated. The other clock faces work fine.
I’ve updated my phone, turned the watch off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled lots of times, all of the things that people have suggested etc.
can anyone advise who I can contact please?

I am having the exact same issue on my Sense. Did you end up getting this issue fixed?
Any suggestions?
I've done these multiple times:
-restarted watch
-removed and reinstalled clock face
-changed to another clock face and then changed back
-factory reset
-log out and log back in to Fitbit app

Nothing worked that I tried so I contacted Fitbit themselves and they actually sent me a new one for free. I would recommend doing the same! The one I’ve had that they sent has been fine ever since
