Black Screen On my versa after factory reset

I did a factory reset on my Versa now it has a black screen and no lights flashing on the back. I have put it in charger for several hours then I did the 3 button reset that I have read in previous articles and it still doesn’t work. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, contact Customer Support about this problem, seems to be a hardware issue.
