 -  can some one please show me the size of how it looks on their wrist?   I can not decide between the versa and charge 3, anyone have any advice or real reviews ? which is comfortable and accurate ?

It's called "Minimal Analog" and can be found in the "All Clocks" column of the Clock Faces. It shows in middle of the bottom several stats, such as steps, HR, calories and date. You can toggle between them by pressing the shown stat. Since it's size is very small (smaller than 50 kB), it's also very battery friendly. 

On one charge, my Versa lasts for 5 to 6 days, depending on usage.

 I did buy the versa  today, do you find it very sensitive to step counting?

Hi, I can only speak for myself, but I would say that the step counting is rather accurate IMPO.
