Black Screen Versa

My screen has been blank for about a week now, I've tried restarting, factory reset, nothing will turn the screen on. I've also tried changing the background but to no avail. Are there any other suggestions?

Hi @TRinga20  You will need to contact Customer Support as the usual fixes havent fixed it.
