So my screen went black but I still receive notifications and vibrations. I called fitbit and the rep told me my warranty ended four months ago. This is my second watch in 2.5 years. These watches cost to much to be failing like they are.. I cant afford to by watches when not working. You guys should extend warranties, especially during COVID. We really depend on these watches, at least I do. Please help...! Loyal Fitbit customer

I agree with you, nobody wants 25% we want our watches fixed... we cant afford to buy watches right now..
