Hi, this morning, my versa showed 0% battery, I plugged it into the charger and now the screen is completely blank. I tried all the recommended methods of holding down 2 buttons, 3 buttons and it still does not help. I am not even sure it is charging now. It is completely unresponsive. Anyone can help?

Regarding the screen and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to follow. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
I'll also be around if any question arises.

I am facing same issue since Monday (May 4, 2020). On Sunday the screen had been flickering and kept it on charging overnight. Monday morning there is no response. I got this Versa just last December. Please advise/help.

Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

My Versa just stopped charging also. It's not even that old. How do i either fix it or get it replaced?

My Fitbit synced at 13:32 today and had 27% battery power and then at 17:00 the screen is dead, and does not appear to be charging. Any ideas?
