Display not turning on

After gardening yesterday, a lightly rinsed my versa & now I can't see any displays. The alarms are working & the 2nd light on the back is blinking green. Help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Let me know if the issue persists.

I've tried the back & bottom buttons & the fitbit logo does not go on. I am unable to shutdown because there is nothing displayed on my screen. It has logged my steps when worn & the lights are flashing on the back, but my screen is completely black. All this for rinsing a waterproof device.  I've had to resort to wearing my old charge 2. How can I get this resolved? Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
