My versa is less than 6months old, is charged and the back light will illuminate, but the screen remains black.
I have let the device lose charge and recharged it only to have the same black screen.
Ihave tried holding the buttons down to do a restart, but the screen continues to illuminate black with no logo, apps, clock etc ...
any ideas?

I have the same problem. Black screen all of the sudden. Green light on back illuminates, tried resetting multiple times. Battery life still good. Can you help me? Thank you!

Im having similar issues.
My versa 2 is 3 months old and suddenly having trouble turning it on.
The time face appears every once in awhile but then disappears, nothing happens when I press the side button. It is fully charged and I have done a restart. Please help, thank you
