Black Versa Screen?

Hey! So i have a Versa less than 6 mo's old, and suddenly the screen went black. Didnt drop it or anything. It's still kinda backlit, but the screen is black. Anything i can do?? Thanks!

Same with mine. The screen is flashing on and off, but I am afraid it will become like yours and not come on at all. Sometimes it just shows the black screen.

@Chrissypark  @Nomonkies  Try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.

Why now some of the versa got the same problem ( black screen) even we try to restart many times , it still can’t work. Is it software problem or hardware?
