My Versa screen went black.  I automatically thought that meant the battery died and needed charging.  After being on the charger for half the day I went to put it on and the screen is black.  I suspected it was not charging. Cleaned the back of watch and dusted the charger and left it again.  Still nothing.  Tried resetting.   Nothing.   But this morning my alarm at 6am went off on the watch!   Green lights at the back of watch are not consistently working either.  Help!!!

My versa just went black too. It was charged today and was working. Won't turn on, won't charge. I think it's time for a replacement under warranty.

According to the app my battery is fully charged.
