Doing a restart does not seem to work, do all versa do this.
Best AnswerMine doesn't show a black screen, but it flashes the Fitbit logo constantly without actually doing anything. I hope you're not a couple weeks past your warranty because you won't get help even though the original Versa doesn't seem to last very long.

Best AnswerStill not heard from customer support this is disgusting from such a big company. I will never buy their bad products again they don’t care about their customers such a shame before the screen went a good product.
