Black screen

Brought my verse a month ago was working fine then screen started to go funny now only have a black screen what do I do to fix issue

Assuming it has been properly charged, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Doing a restart does not seem to work, do all versa do this.

Mine doesn't show a black screen, but it flashes the Fitbit logo constantly without actually doing anything. I hope you're not a couple weeks past your warranty because you won't get help even though the original Versa doesn't seem to last very long.

No still in warranty only brought it in January 2020 waiting to hear from customer support not holding my breathe as most post just wish you good luck with their help

Still not heard from customer support this is disgusting from such a big company. I will never buy their bad products again they don’t care about their customers such a shame before the screen went a good product.
