The screen on my Fitbit Versa has gone completely blank for about 6 hours now. Tried turning it off by hold the power button down, feel the little vibration but still nothing appears. How do I fix it or how do I exchange it for a new one? I have insurance for it

Same thing happened to mine today. It will charge on the charger but once I take it off the screen is black. So annoying! This is really making me want to switch to apple now
