Versa not fibrating

My versa is not vibrating anymore when receiving text messages, phone calls, and voice mails. I am using an iPhone 5C.

@GGINTX Is it only the issue that it's not vibrating or no notifications at all? Swipe down on Versa, tap the first icon on the right (gray one) to open Quick Settings, and make sure that DND and Night mode are not enabled (two icons in the top row). Also, try rebooting your tracker several times.

I am receiving all notifications.  Just no vibrations with text messages etc.  It will vibrate for the alarm, the get up and move notification so far.  Have rebooted tracker and phone with no luck.  I did not see the DND and night mode icons you were mentioning.  I just have the versa, not versa 2 or lite.

@GGINTX It's for all Versas. Please refer to page 30 of this manual.

This is frustrating!!  I know I'm not the only one with issues, but everything looks as it should.  Nothing is turned off that I can see.
