Thank you for the information that the green light on the back is flashing and the vibration is working. I'd like you to restart your watch as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa internally.

Best AnswerIf the "back" button is on the back of the watch, then I don't have one. If the "back" button is something on the screen, my screen is black, so nothing shows up. Please advise.
