My girlfriend Versa won’t let her control the music playing through her phone it keeps saying that it needs to be connected to Bluetooth classic through settings and it is paired. I have no trouble with it I have a IPhone 6s Plus she has a galaxy s8.

The iPhone doesn't require BT Classic but Android does. The setting to enable it is in the BT settings on the watch itself.

Ok so you go to Bluetooth connection options? All I saw on there was too add an audio device. Is the phone serving the purpose of an audio device?
