Just bought a Fitbit Versa Lite to my daughter. She want to be able to change music with her fitbit. So I read that we had to use versa classic Bluetooth. But then she can't use the device to answer messages. So I connected to versa lite Bluetooth. Both works together. But now comes the problem. She want to use her wireless headphones. Now either the music works or the messages function works.. Why?

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's hard to follow your post a little bit. From my understanding, she should be able to control music and respond to messages. While she's in the music control screen, she will probably have to tap on the left button of her Versa to get back to the main watch screen. Then she should be able to swipe down from the top to see her message and reply. Then she can go back to the music control as needed to switch songs.
I'm on iOS, so I don't have the ability to respond to text messages, but this is how I believe it should work. @N8teGee does this sound right to you?

As far as I know you should be able to swipe down from any screen to bring up notifications. I have no experience with music controls or playback as I use neither, but I do know Android requires the Bluetooth classic connection for this. This is a completely different connection to the one that the device syncs and receives notifications through (Bluetooth LE), both should be able to run concurrently. Also bear in mind the Versa Lite is only able to respond with canned responses.

Ok so the message function should work when the device is connected with Bluetooth classic?

@SunsetRunner Yes, it should.
