I bought one of the first versa's and it worked great. I have had the same phone LG V20 and never had any problems. NOW The Bluetooth does not see the versa and if it does the versa will not sync. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps multiple times and nothing has fixed it. My android os is 8.0, my WiFi is connected on both devices. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything several times. I can not buy a new phone, nor can I buy a new versa. Please help.

I am having this problem too.
It begins with update, then suddenly it wasn't sync with my phone.
I selected to Factory Reset and guessed what it gone blank. Not even 1 year i have bought it and this happened.
Need a help here!!!!

I am also having this problem with my Versa 2 / Samsung S8
All was working well until yesterday
When it tries to sync in never completes.
wifi will no longer connect with watch. When I attempt , it never finds my network
From the phone, I turn Bluetooth off, then back on, it says Versa 2 is available. When I click to connect, it says "Couldn't pair. Check Settings for this device and try again"
The Fitbit app was updated to 3.26.1 on my phone about the last time this was able to sync.
Coincidence?
Anybody have any ideas?

The same problem is happening on my IPhone; I’ve tried getting rid of app and reinstalling, Bluetooth keeps cycling to connected/not connected. Versa worked great when I first got it but after 4 months of this problem I’m ready to change to an Apple Smartwatch!!!

To fix this problem you just have to call Fitbit. The have short hold times and fix your problems very fast.

Agree, my Fitbit would not sync with my IPhone this morning. I called them & they were VERY helpful & walked me through the solution, everything was working in 5 minutes.
