Just recently got my Fitbit Versa Lite and I love it! However, I'm having some serious issues with Bluetooth functions with music controls & Spotify.
I just got the latest firmware update today and was able to download the Spotify app. My watch will sync PROPERLY with the Fitbit app, so I know it is connected. However, in my phone under Bluetooth connected devices, even moments after successfully syncing in the app, it doesn't show my Versa Lite as connected. When it does choose to appear as an available device to pair, it says "pairing..." and then nothing. Yet, again, IT WILL SYNC TO THE APP.
Although logged into Spotify premium account, I get a message that says, "Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on, then sync your device using the Fitbit mobile app." I've done this MULTIPLE TIMES and still nothing. The general music control option on the watch just says, "Pair your phone in your setting app, under Bluetooth."
Using a Samsung Galaxy A20.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!
