Bluetooth and clock face issues

So here it is August of 2019 and I'm having the Bluetooth connection issue that many others seem to have. It just keeps connecting and disconnecting. I also can't change the clock face because it keeps saying the Versa isn't connected.

I just bought the Versa this morning, and after hours of trying to get it to stay connected by resetting both my phone and the Versa, among other "solutions", I decided to return it thinking it was defected. Get the new one home, SAME **ahem** THING!! I'll more than likely return this one and take my money to either Garmin or Apple. You'd think after all this time Fitbit would have fixed this issue by now! I have found no solution as of yet. I've looked EVERYWHERE. I never once had ANY issues with the Charge 2. I'm so aggravated!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SunsetRunner. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issues you're experiencing with the Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue and for letting me know that you exchanged the device. I understand that this can be very frustrating and appreciate your feedback. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.

Some clock faces may take a long time to install due to the size of the clock face. I recommend connecting the watch to Wi-Fi when installing clock faces. You can confirm the steps to change the clock face in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If you're experiencing difficulties with syncing your watch, please try the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
