Hi @andy_glass the problem is with Apple and not Fitbit as they changed the way notifications are handled with the release of IOS 13. Garmin also has this problem and to be even more frustrating Apple failed to notify companies of the change so it took everyone by surprise. Rest assured Fitbit are working to get this issue resolved.

Hi @andy_glass , do you any other BT enabled devices within the BT range of your phone? If yes, disable BT of all these devices or move them out of BT range cause they can interfere with your Versa, thus the syncing problems. After having done that, restart your phone and Versa and sync your Versa with your phone. Did this solve your problem? Regards kuzibri

Hi, Fitbit is aware that there are problems between the Fitbit app and the newest iO13 update and is working hard to solve the problem. See this: Updated 10/9/19: We’re aware that some customers may experience a compatibility issue with notifications after updating their iPhone to iOS 13. We’re hard at work to resolve this issue. Please try the troubleshooting steps in our help article. Read More . So, have a little patience. I do realize it's frustrating but they are working on it (not a Fitbit employee!!).

Fitbit seem to be in no hurry to fix the issue i now it takes time but a big company like Fitbit should be throwing all the resources they can to fix it
we will have to just wait and see how long they take fingers crossed it will be soon I see and hear of a lot of customer loosing faith in Fitbit

Hi, as @SunsetRunner stated, it's not the fault of Fitbit but of Apple itself and it's not easy to supply a "prompt" solution for a complex problem which created by Apple. Give Fitbit some time to solve this. Regarding this: "and hear of a lot of customer loosing faith in Fitbit ", users nowadays want instant solutions, once they don not get that, they blame the company, sometimes for the right reasons, sometimes not. This is simply the result of social media. Personally, this is my 5th Fitbit device and, cross my heart, never had any problems with them which I could not solve myself. You can say: "you're just a lucky guy", but does luck lasts 5 years? Sooner or later you run out of luck. Have now for three weeks the Versa 2 and had to charge it only twice, so my battery lasts a full 7 days on one charge and furthermore also no problems. It's in my personal opinion very easy to "shout" do not buy Fitbit Devices cause they are rubbish/garbage, etc, but that's way too easy. There are a lot of very satisfied customers, only they do not post it here. Just my 2 cents, regards kuzibri (a user and not an employee).
