For the past 3 months my Versa Fitbit hasn't been working it will not keep the correct time. When I have it on the charger it will synch and keep the correct time but as soon as I put on my wrist I start losing time. I have reset it to factory settings. My notifications don't show up either. I even have two accounts for the same Versa and it continues to lose time. I really love my fitbit when it works. I miss being able to depend on it.

Hi @Marcia43 , are you by any chance using a Third Party Clcok Face? If yes, replace it with one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If you're not using a Third Party one, restart your Versa three times, restart your phone also (make sure you have the latest Fitbit version on your phone) and sync your Versa with your phone. Usually this will solve these kind of problems. Regards kuzibri
