Hi everyone,
Today I got my new fitbit versa. I have had a fitbit charge 3 for 8 months but the screen went white some days ago. My new fitbit versa is installed and does connect sometimes, but it does not connect when I swipe down in the homescreen of the fitbit app. I tried to delete the fitbit in the app, I did a reset and after that I have installed it again. I think the bluetooth does not work because the settings in my iphone 'said' that it is not connected. I know the bluetooth on my phone is working, because my charge 3 connected till this morning (when I went to the store to change it). Does someone know what to do?

Do factory reset Versa. On Versa, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset. Page 62 here: https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_versa_en_US.pdf
Then delete the app on your phone & all other devices. Hard reboot 'not restart' all devices.
Reinstall app. Reinstall Versa.
If you are using the FitBit Dongle? Do not have it plugged in whilst you set Versa up on your phone or you will get Bluetooth connectivity conflicts.
