I tried changing my bands on my Fitbit Versa and the pins snapped on both ends. I am unable to take my bands off on both ends of the device; and I tried to take it to a variety of jewelers’, watch-fixers, as well as to other parties that sell and help set-up Fitbit devices. Is it worth it for me to send in my device to get it fixed, or should I just get a new Fitbit? What is the cost to get it fixed?

Look on Amazon. Watchmaking: Watch pin 'spring bar' removal tools. You can buy 3rd party pins for Versa as well as a whole host 3rd party straps too.
