My versa lite Fitbit stopped syncing data to my phone and it kept saying my device could not be found. So to try and fix it I removed the device, forget the Bluetooth and reinstalled the app. After doing all this my Fitbit will not connect to my phone when I try to set up the device in the app. I an wondering if anyone has any advice I can try, or if I need a new watch.

I had similar problems with my Versa 2 this weekend. Have you cleared the cache on your phone? Are you setting it up over WiFi? I had to do that this weekend in order to get my Versa 2 to sync.

I actually did go and clear the cache this morning and am trying to do it over WiFi.
