Is Bluetooth LE a new equirement via the newest update? I've had my V2 for over a year and it's not syncing anymore.
My phone is no listed as, "approved."
It IS bluetooth 4.2.
Done:
On/off for both
Unpair/repair
Uninstall/reinstall
Factory Reset
Also, I installed Fitbit app on my windows 10 laptop and it is syncing there. This is asinine.

Are you referring to the update to the android app (version 3.37)? If so, there's a known bug with syncing for some of us. Keep an eye on the following thread where Fitbit are posting updates:

Not sure. I think me saying it won't sync is misleading. It's not connecting via bluetooth.
My bluetooth settings say, "Unable to pair. Check settings for this device and try again."
I had a firmware update, and an app update back to back. Not sure which was first.
