Brand new Versa 2 not tracking sleep as outlined in previous posts

Got my versa 2 and have tried two nights sleep - only tracking basic details.  I have been using an ionic which had no issues tracking my sleep and I am wearing this on the same wrist in the same place.  ???

I have checked and sleep is set to normal not sensitive.  HELP or it's going back

Ok, this was user error - I did not have heart rate turned on - I just assumed the default setting was on.  I noticed when I checked my today screen that I had resting heartrate but no bpm.  Changed the setting to on - will confirm tonight but makes sense.
