Brand new Versa 2 reboot loop issue

Hi all!

 

I got my new versa 2 in the mail today and am super exited to use it!

however, I’ve noticed it keeps restarting between every 5-20 or so.

ive already tried resetting the device with the left hand button, and a manual factory reset via the settings in the watch itself.

 

any advice? Or should I just contact the reseller to get an exchange?

Since your Versa 2 is brand new and you already exhausted the applicable procedures to fix the reboot loop issue, I'd recommend to contact the reseller where you bought it for an exchange.
