Just bought this a month ago and now it loses all power when removed from the charger.
How do I fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa 2 keeps flashing when you remove it from the charger or your device becomes completely unresponsive? This could be related to the power source that you're using to charge the device, therefore, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
