My versa has been having problems for about a week now. Dying rapidly and now I got a blue screen and it shut off completely even though it was charged. I tried to restart it, nothing. I put in on the charger for hours. Nothing. I don't know what happened to it or why.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
