Hi, I take care of my fitbit versa 2 since the day I received it in August. Its been absolutely fine until the last month or so when it decided to go glitchy and pixilated and turn yellow and the next day black and white. I have no idea how or why this has happened or even what to do. The screen is yellow and doesn't work at all although you can feel the fitbit itself vibrating when pressing the side button. I havent damaged, dropped or done anything like that at all. Any advice would be great as I cannot get hold of fitbit support team. Many thanks.
