Well my Versa was never mistreated and was fully functional but the button just fell off. It is out of warranty, and from reading other posts it appears to be common problem for versas. This appears to me to be a design flaw. Is there any way to replace the single button on one side. A well built piece of equipment would rarely have this kind of problem.

@Lewie777 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the button of your Fitbit Versa fell off. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
I'm afraid that the button cannot be replaced. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.

I would just would have expected higher quality considering the high cost of the Versa. From the other comments I guess I’m not the only one affected by this quality issue.
