Calorie count

For the last couple of months my versa app has considerably dropped the number of calories it’s assigning for activities.  Ie: if I walk for 60 mins, it might assign 62 calories, etc...  the watch seems to show an accurate count but the app doesn’t.  I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it a couple of times with no success.  The bug fixes haven’t solved it.  Help!

Is the problem in the exercise summary, or, daily total, or both?

If in exercise summary, how is workout recorded: exercise app, auto-recognized, or manually logged?

If your weight somehow got set to something way too small, that would lower calorie burn, but that would show on watch too.

Hi there. It seems to be in the exercise summary only. I checked my weight and it’s set accurately. Thanks

The only way I can see to make sense of this is to post screen caps of workout summary, including length of time, heart rate, calories, ...

Make sure it recorded whole workout, not just a minute or 2 of it.
