As per fitbit my calorie burn is too high when I walk and low when you do intense cardio. Especially when it autodetects I'm walking. I did 70 minutes (64 zone minutes & 129 avg bpm HR) of pretty intense Bodyweight HIIT workout which tracked under activity Circuit Training and my fitbit showed 314 calories burned which I believe but then a 67 minutes walk (autodetected) at a moderately leisurely pace gave me 286 calories burned at a 99 avg bpm HR.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @arpitabhardwaj.
Thanks for the information provided.
In this case I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.
Please be aware if you track an activity that is not part of the list of exercise shortcuts like HIIT, your watch might try to estimate your calories burned but since this activity hasn't been tested by our engineering team, we cannot guarantee accurate results.
If you have any question, please let us know.

burned during walk (auto detected) and HIIT workout I did under 'circuit
training'.
I am attaching the screenshots of both of the exercises I did after
restarting the watch.
Could you atleast tell me which one is more accurate?

Thanks for your response, @arpitabhardwaj.
The restart process won't change the data synced to your Fitbit account but it will help your Fitbit Versa 2 to fix any possible malfunction.
Your watch should provide accurate readings when automatically tracking the following activities:
In addition, you can manually start the following activities from your Versa 2:
If you start one of the exercises listed above but track a different activity, we won't be able to guarantee accurate readings and wouldn't be able to tell if the readings are accurate because the device has not been tested to record activities other than those mentioned above. For information about how accurate are Fitbit devices, please visit this article.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

not visible in the fitbit community post reply so let me provide you the
stats:
Exercise: Walk ( Auto detected)
Calories Burned at the rate 4.6 cals per minute
Heart rate: 103 avg bpm 110 max bpm
Zone minutes: 0
Exercise: Circuit Training (Manually selected)
Calories burned at the rate 3.5 cals per minute
Heart Rate: 123 avg bpm 177 max bpm
Zone minutes: 69
I really want to know how can these numbers be justified as accurate or
even anywhere near accurate.
