I have just upgraded from the blaze to versa & now the calories & time elapsed doesn't show in exercise tracker after syncing. Does anyone know how to change this. Thank you

The ionic has this same issue.  I have had both an ionic and a versa.  I have raised this with fitbit numerous times and nothing has been done to fix it.  I also know it's been reported by various other people months ago, especially on the ionic.  

 

As with all the other issues everyone in this community are having with the versa.  Fitbit do not seem to be fixing any of them.  It's so disappointing.  I, like many others have returned mine.   Fitbit need to resolve these issues I can't believe after a few months they haven't fixed them.

I have been having the exact same issue on the Versa. It will show walking calories but doesn't show workout calories. I have raised too but nothing seems to have changed! They mentioned it was a problem they are in the process of solving.
