Calories reading low?

Hey Everyone! 🙂

I was wondering if anyone else feels their calories reading is wrong. I do a lot of classes at the gym so I track them using the workout option and when I do spin class I track it with the spinning option.

My personal trainer likes to check how I’m doing when I’m tracking and we both feel that my readings are wrong.

Could this be a fault with my Fitbit?

TIA for any replies 🙂

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Emza

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding the accuracy of your calorie count. I am glad to hear you do a lot of classes at the gym and I understand that you would like to see the accurate results of your efforts. I recommend confirming that your personal details are correct in the Fitbit app: How do I manage my Fitbit profile?

I also would like you to restart your watch as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa internally.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes! Robot Happy

Hi,

Thank you for you reply!

I can confirm all my personal details are correct and that I have reset my Fitbit.
My Fitbit seems to reset its self every now and then is this also normal?

Kind regards
