I quite often get a white screen with

High. X

Low

What is this telling me or asking me? And why does it just show up. It's a hard screen to get out of.

Hi @grenada2013, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums!

Thank you for sharing that you often get a white screen with "High, Low" on your Fitbit Versa. I recommend you to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa internally. Please monitor your device after that and let me know if the issue persists. I will be glad to investigate further.

Keep me posted!

I'm still getting the high low screen even after several reboots. What does
that screen mean?

Hi @grenada2013, thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the late response.

I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your time and efforts to resolve it. Please try changing the clock face on your watch: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?  I recommend selecting a Fitbit clock face.

If the issue persists, I kindly ask you to post a photo of the screen in order to investigate further. You can find the instructions on how to share an image on this post

Looking forward to your response!
