Can I erase steps data?-Versa

My fit bit counted 54,000 steps while on my bathroom counter over night. Is their anyway to delete this and start over for an accurate count?

I am sorry to hear that your Versa registered that amount of steps while you were not wearing it. By any chance, was there a fan or anything that may have been buzzing or vibrating on the same surface where the Versa was placed? If so, please change the Versa to another and check if stills counting steps.

Now about your inquiry, no, there isn't any option to delete steps, but you can negate them by following the instructions provided in the How do I delete steps and floors? help article.

Actually it had 55,000 steps but only 2.38 miles?

I've had the same problem with my Versa adding steps overnight. I have added in Driving for the full 6 hours whilst it was charging and it HASN'T deleted these steps. What now please?
