Can't install any apps or clock faces, continuously it's disconnecting and reconnecting. Tried so many times. Bought today and feeling disappointed.
Please fix it soon.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues downloading your apps and clock faces? Are you making sure that your WiFi connection is strong enough in order to make changes? If the issue is directly with WiFi, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?.

We have a new fit bit versa and it installed just fine, we are using it with iphone ios 10 currently. We are unable to get into the clock faces or the apps portion, it just shows a blank white screen. We are on wifi, have uninstalled and reinstalled, turned bluetoooth on and off and phone on and off and restarted the watch.
Please help us solve this. Hopefully it is something simple.

My Versa does that too. It keeps disconnecting, but I can still download stuff.
