Can I navigate between apps while running?-Versa

When you start running and in middle of running. its showing the running screen.

is it possible to access the of the menu ?  from example change songs 

check weather etc? 

can you toggle between apps when exercise mode is on ?

Please help !

Hello @PooleUK, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that while you're on the Exercise app, running, walking, etc., it's not possible to toggle between apps. What you can do is press down the back button (left button) for 2 seconds to access the Music Control menu to control the music from your watch or phone. 

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do please feel free to reply.

When I do that it just show the song that's playing.  I can't change to another music station or thumbs up list.    So basically you can only reduce volume or go to next song.  Need to be able to go to different play lists?

Guess at least can go to next song if you don't like one listening to
