Can I send it in to have it repaired. I am willing to pay. Why is repairing not an option? Is there any promotional trade in or something that would entice my reason for purchasing another device? I have been a Fitbit user since 2015 and have had issues with other devices including the charge 3. Really did wish there was an opportunity to somewhat resolve the issue.

Best regards,

Hey @dchairez,

I agree, that email wasn't very helpful (unless there's a part that didn't get posted).  By any chance, did you get your Versa 2 directly from Fitbit or was it through another retailer?  How long ago did you get it?

The reason being is that Fitbit does offer a limited warranty, which you may be able to use in order to get an exchange.  However, if you got it through another retailer, you would have to honor their exchange policies.

From what I understand (and I could be wrong, so someone please correct me if I am), Fitbit doesn't offer repairs.

It was purchased directly from Fitbit, and yes the warranty has expired.
The issue I face is the feeling of being left with no option to fix the
device via repair anywhere. The devices are not cheap, but there has to be
some type of support to have the device fixed. I am willing to pay for the
service. I agree that company policy should be enforced regarding warranty,
but the support or clarification could be extended in the form of possible
repair or an opportunity to trade in or get a recycling rebate for a device
that works but not all the way. Just slightly disappointed.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @dchairez. Thank you for sharing your Versa 2 inquiry.

As @DramaQueenDiva  mentioned, Fitbit doesn't have repair centers and that's why you can't send your watch to have it repaired. I know how frustrating this could be and you can check your options with our Support Team.

Keep on visiting the forums.

I appreciate the deflection to the support team. Just expressing the "left
hanging" feeling regarding the situation. Thank you.
