Versa 2 calorie count too low

I have just bought a versa 2 to replace charge 3 (brightness had got to dim to see screen in daylight!). Have done the same workouts as used with charge 3 but the versa 2 calorie count is way too low and always saying below zones when the charge would show 200+ calories burned the versa shows around 50! Also the versa didn't auto detect a long walk but my charge 3 used to! Please advise, I have done all the troubleshooting tests but no improvement!  😕
