Can revert to my previous clock face on Versa

Today my Versa watch face spontaneously changed to a face I hate, and I got a message that there was an error, and to go to the Fitbit mobile app to fix it. However, there is no longer any option in Settings to select any other watch face. This happen to anyone else..?

Hi there, @Typeaux. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not working properly. I will do my best to help you with this! 

Have you made sure whether your Versa is syncing? If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. Then, please try once again to change your clock face
