I’m not able to sync my in app apps such as Spotify, Alexa, etc. when I go to the Alexa app, there is no tab for the in watch apps

Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand the issue you're currently experiencing with your Versa 2 and the Spotify and Alexa apps, can you please share with me more details?
