I was having issues with my versa (trouble syncing and the time/date was wrong after it went completely flat yesterday...it charged last night and the time just carried on from when it died).
in an effort to try and fix everything I removed my device from the app but now I can’t add it again! It finds the device, thinks about connecting for a couple of minutes then fails. I’ve turned the Bluetooth off and on again. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Turned the Fitbit off and back on. Running out of ideas!
