Can't change my clock face. Every time I try install fails?

Hi @Robyn007 - sometimes there is a glitch. Make sure the watch is syncing with the app.

Even if it is restart the watch, logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it hen reboot the phone.

Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync then try installing the clock face you want.

A simpler solution is to swipe the watch face to the left and select Clocks and choose the one you want if it is already installed.

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s tips and recommendations. If that doesn't work, can you please let me know if you're getting any error message when trying to install the clock face? Have you tried installing apps too?
