Can't clear Notifications on Versa lite

How do I get the messages to clear? I press the “ Clear All” and nothing happens. Also I’ve got a problem with my phone not ringing after I got this new Fitbit and synced it with my phone.

Thanks I’ll try that. How about the ringing of my phone. It doesn’t ring just comes as a notification on the Fitbit. Any ideas?

Hi, AFAIK, but I'm not certain about it, when you get a notification, except of course phone calls, your phone doesn't ring with the other notifications. When I get a Whatsapp message on my phone , it notifies me with a certain soun and my LED flashing (to be setup within Wahtsapp). If it also does not ring when you get a call, check your volume control. Regards kuzibri

My phone doesn’t ring with a call and my notifications will show “ missed call”.

I did and it still coming up missed call.
