Can't delete clock faces on my Versa 2

I haven’t been able to delete a couple of clock faces I don’t want - either on the Fitbit or in the Fitbit app on my iPhone. I have searched solutions (and tried everything except factory reset (on the Fitbit) or removing the Fitbit app (on my iPhone) but none of them work. I’ve only had the Fitbit for a few days. Is that why? Asking because I called customer support because I couldn’t install the Sp02 clock and they said that was because my Fitbit is new and that if I keep syncing it will probably show up tomorrow (when I hit 4 days). I guess that kinda makes sense but not really for why I can’t delete a clock. When I click on the clock I want to delete nothing happens - anywhere. If I do a factory reset (if that would even work) will I lose everything I spent 3 days of my life figuring out :))
