Can't download Deezer music to my Versa 2

Good morning

I am trying to download music to my versa 2. But nothing seems working. My deezer just will not load playlist.  not automatically not with force sync. My watch shows download status 0% and the message disappear in few seconds. I cant download MP3 as well. my computer can not connect to my watch or showing me the message that my watch is busy and asking to try in few minutes. My credit card just disappeared one day when i wanted to pay for my goods in a shop. now it appeared again in my wallet.  I am talking to support team for few days already but no real help.  I am so disappointed with Versa 2. Its already a week i am using  it and i am spending an hour every day try to make it work properly.
