Can't get by first screen

Hi my watch keeps coming up saying to down load Fitbit app  I can't get by it any ideas  thanks

@Annette2345  that suggests that the fitbit has somehow become disconnected from your account. I suggest going through the setup process again to reconnect it. In the app, go to your account setting by selecting your profile image at the top left then select "set up a device"

As @SteveH mentioned earlier, this message indicates that your watch is no longer paired to your account, let us know if you were able to complete the set up process successfully.
