My watch syncs to my phone and the Fitbit app like it should. The only thing I can’t do now is go into the exercise to look at the data as it closes the app.
Like everyone else I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, shut the Bluetooth off and then reconnected it. Rebooted both the phone and the app for my versa 2 as well as shutoff the WiFi and tried using just the data on my phone.
Fitbit told me I had to have the app open when exercising. I always have the app open when running.
This started about a month ago and it maybe time to switch to a Garmin watch instead.
